Need a higher loan to value on a property you are buying below market price?

Short-term finance can also be useful where you wish purchase a property at a discounted price below market value. Many mortgage lenders will only offer a loan to value on purchase price not on the market value, however if you purchase the property using a short-term finance option, you can re-mortgage and obtain a higher loan to value based on the full market value of the property.
